Respawn Fitness was created with a simple idea: make fitness easier to understand, easier to track, and easier to stick with.
With countless workout plans, diets, apps, and fitness advice competing for attention, getting started can feel more complicated than it needs to be. Respawn Fitness brings the essentials together in one place, helping users train with purpose, track their progress, and build healthier habits over time.
Respawn Fitness was founded by Daniel Roth in September 2024 while he was a college student studying business and pursuing his interest in fitness, technology, and entrepreneurship.
What started as an idea for a simpler fitness experience developed into a real software company. Building Respawn meant learning every part of the process, from product design and branding to software development, marketing, customer acquisition, and business strategy.
After nearly two years of development and iteration, the Respawn Fitness app officially launched on the Apple App Store in June 2026.
The launch was not the finish line. It was the beginning of the next stage.
Respawn continues to evolve through user feedback, new ideas, and a commitment to creating a fitness experience that people can actually use consistently.
Respawn Fitness is designed to bring the most important parts of a fitness journey together.
Users can access structured workout programs, create custom workouts, track nutrition and calories, monitor their progress, journal, and build habits without needing several different apps to manage their routine.
The goal isn't to make fitness more complicated with endless features. It's to give people the tools they need to keep moving forward.
Whether someone is stepping into the gym for the first time or looking for a better way to organize their training, Respawn Fitness is built to help turn intention into consistency.
Daniel Roth founded Respawn Fitness in 2024 while attending Regent University and studying International Business.
Combining his interests in fitness, entrepreneurship, marketing, and technology, Daniel began developing Respawn with the goal of turning an idea into a real product that could help people approach fitness with greater structure and confidence.
Building the company has required him to work across product strategy, branding, marketing, customer acquisition, and software development while continuing his education.
His approach to Respawn is centered on continuous improvement: listen to users, learn from results, adapt quickly, and keep building.
Respawn isn't about being perfect.
It's about showing up again, making progress, and continuing to move forward.
